How do I book my wedding flowers with Flourish? Let’s go over the consultation, contract and meeting process to confirm your event with Flourish.
1. Contact us to set-up an initial phone meeting. Please fill out and submit our pre-consultation questionnaire. Filling out this form out will help us understand the scope of your event.
2. Our first meeting will be done over the phone or video chat. The purpose of this meeting is to hear all about your ideas and to generate an initial proposal for your wedding flowers and decor. The phone meeting should last about 20-30 minutes.
3. Once you have received the proposal and you decide you are ready to move forward, you will receive a contract confirming the details of your event and invoice for the retainer. Once the signed contract and retainer are received your event will be confirm on Flourish’s calendar!
4. Before the wedding, we will schedule a face-to-face meeting at our office in Midtown Sacramento. At this meeting, the designs, decor and day-of logistics will be discussed and confirmed.
