**The purpose of our first meeting is to hear all about your ideas and to generate an initial proposal for your wedding flowers and decor. This first meeting gets your wedding flower plan started.
**We will e-mail you a proposal and mood board based on our conversation.
Proposal, retainer and contract
**Once you receive the proposal let us know if you are ready to move forward and book your wedding flowers with Flourish.
**We will e-mail a contract confirming the details of your event and an invoice for the retainer.
**When the signed contract and retainer are received your event will be confirmed on Flourish's calendar.
Confirming your flowers and decor
**A couple of months before the wedding, we will meet again at either our office in Sacramento or over the phone. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and confirm the designs, decor and day-of logistics.
The day of the wedding
**We will arrive at your wedding with your beautiful flowers and decor.
**You can enjoy your day while we set-up every detail of your wedding flowers perfectly.
