Hello my lovelies, this week I have the pleasure of sharing Stephanie and Mikes real wedding. A classic, elegant affair, filled with pink and white roses, white hydrangeas, and white lisianthus. The wedding took place at the chic Granite Bay Golf Club in Northern California.
Stephanie wore a stunning Enzoani – Juri gown, the modern, fitted feel of the dress needed an equally wow bouquet so she opted for a classic teardrop shape, filled with white blooms and varied greenery tones, we used roses, hydrangea, lisianthus, bay, eucalyptus, stock and calycnia. The rose heads opened up wonderfully in the Californian heat and became real showstoppers. Her bridesmaids had more traditional round arrangements that also included pale pink roses to coordinate with their dresses. I love these photos of the girls all laughing and having fun showing off their bouquets beautifully.
Stephanie and Mike said their vows under a decorative arch draped in blush fabric, we added floral displays to the corners and combined with the fabric this helped soften the arch. Creating the perfect frame for the couple to say ‘I do’ in front of.
Simple and elegant wrist corsages were created for the Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom, I always recommend corsages for adding a splash of colour and bringing a look together across the whole wedding party. The mothers can feel included and they are easy to wear and a joy to create.
Mike and his groomsmen looked handsome in their navy two piece suit with accompanying white waistcoat and accessories. I love how crisp and refined their look is. Mike chose a classic boutonniere design featuring spray roses, calcynia and eucalyptus
Bridesmaid bouquets were placed in rose gold mercury glass vases for the wedding reception and used to decorate the head table. This made the designs so much more versatile and enabled them to be fully appreciated in all their beauty.
Touches of gold were added through the placement of elegant mercury glass tealight votives, nestled amongst greenery sprigs.
The couple choose a simple butter cream covered cake, which we decorated with spray roses in pale pink and white, eucalyptus was our main greenery source. Topped of with a rose gold cake topper, this stunning cake encapsulated the elegance and simple beauty of this gorgeous wedding.
Thank you Stephanie and Mike for having Flourish Designs create the floral displays for your beautiful day. A huge thank you to Elegant Events Media for sharing these stunning photos with us.
